children's groupssundaysEvery effort is made to make children of all ages feel welcome at any service at St Thomas'. A babies room for feeding mothers or restless children is available off the vestry of the church with speakers relaying the service, and the vestry has a closed circuit TV. Crèche facilities are also available for the care of babies and toddlers up to three years of age during the 10am and 5pm services. During the 10am family service on Sundays, children from toddlers to age fifteen are able to attend SUNDAY SCHOOL which is split-up into TINY TOMS (age 18 months3 years); TOM THUMBS (age 35 years); STOMP (KindyYear 2); KIDZ CHURCH (Years 34); ATOMIC (Years 56); and BOOST (Years 7-9). All of these programs are specially prepared to assist in presenting the gospel to the age group concerned. fridaysWe have a playgroup called TOM'S PLAYTIME for under-5s and their carers, which meets every Friday morning (during School Terms only) in the Cottage Hall. JAFFA CLUB is an afternoon club for Years 3-6 which meets at 3pm-4:30pm every Friday afternoon (during School Terms) in the Memorial Hall. In all our activities, we aim to be clear, faithful and loving Bible teachers of your children so that they may know God and respond to Him with a growing trust and obedience. All St Thomas' children and youth leaders comply with the Anglican Church guidelines for leaders. The standards of dealing with children are high and carefully maintained. All leaders are chosen with care and responsibility and are known to the St Thomas' Ministry Staff.
