Every effort is made to make children of all ages feel welcome at any service at St Thomas'.

During the 10am Family Service and 5pm Service, crèche facilities are available in the vestry of the church for children up to the age of 3 years. The service is transmitted into the vestry on closed-circuit TV, so parents and carers can follow the service without concern for disturbing others. A babies room for feeding mothers or restless children is available off the vestry with speakers relaying the audio of the service.

During the 10am Service there are also Sunday School classes and activities for children older than 18 months.
